Quali dati tratto e perché

• Dati di navigazione. Quando visiti il sito il server registra in modo automatico alcune informazioni tecniche: indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser. Servono al funzionamento e alla sicurezza del sito.
• Dati che mi invii. Se mi scrivi (anche su WhatsApp), mi telefoni o mi contatti su LinkedIn, uso i dati che mi comunichi (nome, recapito, contenuto del messaggio) soltanto per risponderti e per valutare insieme il progetto.

Le basi giuridiche sono il riscontro a una tua richiesta e le misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b GDPR) e, per i dati di navigazione, il legittimo interesse alla sicurezza del sito (art. 6.1.f).

Cookie e strumenti di terze parti

Il sito non usa cookie, non usa strumenti di analisi o di tracciamento e non carica caratteri, script o contenuti da servizi esterni.

Nella memoria locale del tuo browser viene salvata soltanto la lingua che scegli (italiano o inglese), così il sito la ricorda alla visita successiva. Non contiene dati personali e non viene inviata al server.

I collegamenti a LinkedIn, a Calendly (per prenotare la call) e a WhatsApp portano a siti e servizi esterni, che hanno una propria informativa. Se mi scrivi su WhatsApp, il messaggio e il tuo numero passano anche da WhatsApp (gruppo Meta), che li tratta secondo la propria informativa.

A chi comunico i dati

Non vendo né cedo i dati. Il sito e la casella di posta sono ospitati da Aruba S.p.A., che tratta i registri tecnici del server e conserva le email che mi invii.

Per quanto tempo conservo i dati

Conservo le comunicazioni per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e gli eventuali rapporti che ne derivano, e comunque entro i termini previsti dalla legge. I registri tecnici sono conservati dal fornitore di hosting secondo le sue politiche.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, l'opposizione e la portabilità (artt. 15-22 GDPR) scrivendo a yuri@yuribiasi.com. Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

What data I process and why

• Browsing data. When you visit the site the server automatically records some technical information: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type. It is needed for the operation and security of the site.
• Data you send me. If you write to me (including on WhatsApp), call me or contact me on LinkedIn, I use the data you give me (name, contact details, content of the message) only to reply and to assess the project together.

The legal bases are replying to a request from you and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for browsing data, the legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and third-party tools

The site does not use cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not load fonts, scripts or content from external services.

Only the language you choose (Italian or English) is saved in your browser's local storage, so that the site remembers it on your next visit. It contains no personal data and is not sent to the server.

Links to LinkedIn, to Calendly (to book the call) and to WhatsApp lead to external sites and services, which have their own privacy notices. If you message me on WhatsApp, your message and your number also go through WhatsApp (Meta group), which handles them under its own privacy notice.

Who receives the data

I do not sell or transfer data. The site and the mailbox are hosted by Aruba S.p.A., which processes the server's technical logs and stores the emails you send me.

How long I keep the data

I keep communications for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows, and in any case within the limits set by law. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider in line with its own policies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to yuri@yuribiasi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (garanteprivacy.it).
